1. The service
PerkHubs lets you pick Agent Skills on the web and serve them to your AI agents through one MCP endpoint, and lets creators publish skills. It is run by an individual in Thailand and is a free beta: features, limits and these terms may change, and the service may be unavailable at times.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16, or older if your country sets a higher age for using online services on your own. If you use PerkHubs for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
- You sign in with GitHub. One account per person; don't share it.
- Your personal tokens and connector links work like passwords. Keep them private. If one leaks, regenerate it on Connect straight away.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
3. Skills are third-party content
Skills are written by their creators, not by PerkHubs. Every version is scanned before it is served, but a scan can miss things. You decide which skills your agent may use, and you remain responsible for what your agent does, including any script it runs on your computer. PerkHubs never runs skill scripts on its servers.
4. Publishing a skill
- Anything you upload is private to you, within your plan's quota. It becomes public only if you request it and PerkHubs approves; we may decline any request. New versions of a public skill are reviewed again.
- You keep ownership of what you publish.
- You allow PerkHubs to store, scan, display and serve your skill's files to people who add it, for as long as it is published, under the license you declare.
- You confirm you wrote the skill or have the right to publish it under that license. Someone else's work may only be republished under a license that allows it, with its license file and credit kept.
- Your skill must follow the Content Policy.
5. Removal and suspension
PerkHubs may reject a version, remove a skill from every Loadout immediately, or suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts users at risk. Rejections come with a reason you can act on where possible.
6. Copyright and illegal content notices
If a skill copies your work or is illegal where you are, use This is my work or Report on the skill page, or write to the Report or This is my work button on the skill page, or Settings for your own data. A notice should include:
- the skill's address on PerkHubs and what is wrong with it;
- for copyright, the original work (a link is best) and that you own it or act for the owner;
- your name and a way to reach you, and a statement that the notice is accurate and made in good faith.
We review notices promptly and may disable a skill while we do. The creator is told what was removed and why, and can reply with a counter-notice or an appeal; we restore content when a notice turns out to be wrong. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.
7. Fair use of the endpoint
Don't try to get around scans, rate limits or access checks, read other people's Loadouts or data, or overload the MCP endpoint. Automated access is fine through your own agents and tokens.
8. No warranty
The beta is free and provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, PerkHubs is not liable for losses caused by skills, by agents following them, or by the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Your rights where you live
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If you use PerkHubs as a consumer, you also keep every protection that the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live. Nothing in these terms removes rights you cannot give up.
10. Changes and contact
Material changes are announced on the site at least 14 days before they apply, unless a change is needed sooner for legal or security reasons. If you don't agree, you can delete your account. Questions: the Report or This is my work button on the skill page, or Settings for your own data.
